      OCR rentals were amazing. I had my elderly mother and 2 kids with me and the staff were super accommodating and helpful. The car we rented was fab and I thoroughly enjoyed driving it, was super comfy and spacious. I’d certainly rent a vehicle from OCR again 10/10

      Communications via email and phone were good. Staff member replaced the battery in the car key for me as it wasn| t working when I collected it. Staff member was busy with two other families ahead of me but friendly in their interactions.

      I had to demand a different car, because the one allocated did not have Sat Nav fitted, or Cigarette plug for my Garmin, and we were unfamiliar with the area and needed a navigation system. Thank goodness I brought my Garmin for my Adelaide car. The car allocated was much larger than the one we ordered.
