The rental staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait to be served at the counter which was nice. Prebooking and prepaid made the pickup really fast and time efficient. The BMW was a great to drive and with unlimited kms worked out cheaper than lesser quality cars where you pay for excess kms.

All was perfect. Got car I wanted at airport for cheaper rate than going through Sixt direct.
I enjoyed the experience a lot. Staff were beautiful people. As I booked third party, I wasn| t aware that my ""full cover insurance with no deductible"" really wasn| t that. The protocol, if I had had an accident, is I| d still pay a whopping 5000 deductible and then have to claim it back via my initial booking company. I don| t like that arrangement because it adds a variable and uncertainty and I| m not confident the re-claiming process would be simple. The third party should make THIS process clear before taking a booking. It| s deceptive. The company did make it clear that booking directly with them would eliminate this third party grey area.

I did not pick the car up as I thought the car to be picked was at Economy Rentals Never of Sixt Car Rentals. So I am stuck at the Airport. Rented a car from Europcar costing another $2500.I am 88 years old and just lost my wife in September. Refund please John
