The staff at Europe car was great, the booking process with economy bookings was great. My only issue is as per the comment below.
Easy pick up from the airport by courtesy bus. Ten minute drive to the pick up centre. Easy transaction, clean car, clear instructions on drip off. First time of using but worth it and will use again.
The car we were initiatively had been given had a dead bird stuck in the radiator, the second had a faulty seat belt, the 3rd card was Excellent! Brand new Kia Stonic. Suited us fine. Staff were EXCELLENT!!!! We got a great car for our holiday in Melbourne.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Pickup was fairly quick. The car was what we had booked and was clean with minimal marks on the exterior Perfect for what we needed.

So much easier getting a mini bus out of Melbourne Airport to pick up the car. And drop off is great not having to get into the airport carpark area.
