I had a mix up with double bookings and the lady on the desk was very helpful. We then had a double charge of bond issue and when I called and spoke to Kate a couple of times, she was great and a real advocate for us. All in all, our issues were resolved.

The car was adequate for what we needed. Not exactly the racy model and it did struggle with getting up to speed. But it got us where we wanted to go and it was a reasonably comfy ride. Nixt time we might upgrade a little, but definitely value for money
