I and Bargain noticed on check in that the policy I purchased was not covering me properly. I had to purchase a comprehensive policy with Bargain to ensure piece of mind. I| m glad I did because I had a blow out with a tyre .

We booked through an intermediary online company and believed that we were fully insured. Arrived to pick up car and there was a cue of 6 customers at 9 am. We then were told we did not ha e full insurance and had to pay an extra $250.very disappointing!

Thank you to the team for their wonderful response when I reported a mechanical problem with the MG3 - the first rented car. RAC man Barry confirmed there was a serious emerging issue with the gearbox, and the team from Hobart were with us very promptly with another bigger car. The Hobart team is amazing!!
