Overall service was good. A bit slow doing the paper work on obtaining the car. The young lady doing the sign in had a stud in her tongue, unfortunately this did impede her speech, which I needed to request her to repeat her several times.

I used a third party to book. Then I learned the issues with the “full waivers”. Now I’ll book directly, thanks to the brilliant, knowledgeable service from the young lady at reception. She’s GOLD! Asked for feedback on the Kia K4 I was given (which is excellent, btw). In short, price, service and car were impeccable compared to others at Cairns. I’ll definitely use you guys again! Five stars!
