The young woman at the counter when we picked up the car was very friendly and helpful and made the process very easy for us. On return, the desk was very busy, but we were able to drop the keys in a locked box on the side of the desk where staff could get them when they finished with customers, so we didn| t have to wait around. Great experience! Would use again.
