Our overall experience was positive. It was a new car (1600km) in great condition. I think the main area for improvement was on collection. The staffer handed us the keys and that was it. Not even instructions that might have been useful on the car or how we left the car park (we worked all these things out for ourselves).

There was a wide range of vehicles to choose from, and all at very competitive prices. I arrived to pick up the vehicle just before they closed (i was delayed because of other commitments), but the staff greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. I was not rushed at all. I| m fairly tall (192cm) and they decided to upgrade me so i was more comfortable in a bigger car. This meant that they needed to prepare another car, although the one i booked was available. By this time, it was well after their finishing time for the day, but they were very helpful throughout. Similarly, when i returned the car a week later, they remembered me and were very friendly and helpful. The whole process was a pleasant experience in a situation that could have been quite stressful. The car was tidy, ran well, and very comfortable.
