Staff friendly and helpful. Was told I was given an upgrade from a Hybrid Rav 4 to a X-trail Nissan. Would of preferred the Rav 4 due to the navigation as the X-trail did not have this, but besides this everything was fantastic

When I picked up the car rental I was advised to pay for insurance when picking up the car and not to book insurance online as it may not cover everything, and the insurance is not from the country you are using the car in.

The Kia Sportage was very good, comfortable and nice to drive like my Sportage at home, with the blinkers on the correct RHS for use in Australia. Unlike the first offered MG or Subaru, with the blinkers on the left.

I| ve got a good and clean car, a swift admin process and very helpful staff. It| s and MG HS. Unfortunately, the car| s Google Map| s screen periodically disconnected with my Android phone, making it hard to navigate. Also, I couldn| t find the latch to open the fuel flap, which make me unable to re-fuel, which eventually cost me an extra $85 plus the cost of the extra petrol to fill up.
