We have used Italy Car Rent through Economy Bookings for our last two trips to Rome. Consistently, excellent staff that can speak English and other languages, so check in and check out is a breeze. They also release the standard Credit Card hold immediately, when you return the vehicle, not a week or two like some places. They do it right, and we will rent from them again on our next trip to Rome! Excellent job!

I have used several car hire companies. Locauto have offered me the best customer service! Staff have a genuine approach at the desk and at the parking lot. Also the customer service on the phone was the best I’ve had. Yes, there’s a human answering the phone! The car I got was better than expected ! And it was a diesel! You can’t get them easily anymore! I do a lot of mileage.saves me € instead of petrol cars. Quick collection, quick return! Right in the airport terminal! They are normally more expensive but got a good deal this time through an online broker.
