Lovely salesperson - no pressure to take on further insurances or to warn me about what would happen if the car was damaged. She upgraded the car based on the size of my family and what we were going to use the car for! Top! The woman who showed me around the car when I picked it up was thorough and helpful.

We actually walked for the car because they provide a shuttle service outside but it was so hot and miss we decided to walk, it’s about a1/4 of a mile behind the fuel station and up a ramp. There are no signs until you hit a small portacabin. They tried to sell everyone comprehensive cover and everyone bought it whilst I was there

I travelled with my wife and baby to the car hire location. I was helped by Mirko when receiving the car and he was very polite and professional. Upon return we was met by Luca who was absolutely brilliant and his customer service was awesome! He could see we had a small baby and made the check out service very smooth and personally dropped us off at Naples airport.

We travelled from Rome by rail (which was great) and the office was in the station complex, pickup points was less than 150m to the railway station. Saved approx £100 by dropping off back at the railway station than the airport, €5 per person from station to the airport on bus which runs every 15 minutes.

Our Renault Cleo turned out to be a Citroen C3 so didn| t really care same thing different badge. Great little car and perfect size for the Amalfi coast. Great condition throughout. The guy at the rental company very helpful polite and good English. Straightforward car rental. Deposit €1500. We didn| t damage it so no problems or issues. I advise you take out the extra insurance. Good clear communication via WhatsApp. All in all a positive experience.
