Fast pick up Good prices The costs are lower compared to other providers, but the reason is clear: they downgrade you which helps the company to keep those prices (my particular example: BMW booked - VW was given)

Mid August in Italy is a nightmare, due to the intense holiday traveling and frequent overbookings. The provider I booked with went overbooking and wasn| t able to give me a car. I then booked with EB, which was in overbooking mode as well. Luckily I chose Hertz. The extremely kind employees found a car in half an hour.

We were picked up from the terminal quickly after we called the office (we got their number by WhatsApp in advance). The paperwork was smooth, we got a nice car although a bit smaller than the model booked. We were afraid that there might be issues with the cleanliness and with some minor scratches upon returning the car (the company had many negative reviews) but there was absolutely no problem and both the staff that handed over the car at pick up and then checked it at drop off were very nice and helpful. No strings attached.

A very competitive price, and so a short distance from the airport, but once I located the shuttle bus, it was smooth. Ricardo was excellent on the return journey, really going the extra mile to make sure we had a smooth trip back to the airport - THANK YOU RICARDO!!!
