Very easy to find at pickup in Milan airport. Staff very friendly and obliging & had no issues with speaking English to counter staff. Excellent experience with drop off at La Spezia with staff even ordering a taxi for us to transport to train station.

So far it was a great service and value. Italian customer service is not the best all around so I can not say too much about that. Once I get my deposit refunded I would be very happy with all the experience. It is in the dna to get the most money from you but that happens also across all the rental companies. So it is wise to be informed.
We ordered a Ford Fiesta but got a new Renault Clio with only 700 km on the odometer. The car was OK for two people to travel on the narrow roads and streets of Italy and south of France. The only concern was that to get transferred from the airport to the pickup location we had to call Target for pickup, so one should have a working phone. We had only data, so there was a slight inconvenience. Other than that, all was good, and the staff was fast and helpful. You will be required to present a valid International Driving Licence (from CAA). Target will not release the car if you have only a Canadian Driving license.

Excellent quick check-in. Did not oversell insurance. Drop off was equally efficient. Did not look at every single scratch and try to say you damaged the vehicle.
Helpful staff at Milan Malpensa Terminal 2. By mistake I attended at the office at the wrong terminal. This was no issue for the staff, they just did the paperwork and sent me on my way. There was no haggling to buy their insurance. They did not use the scam of finding a minor scuff to the paintwork to charge you £400, which we have had before with another company (we had taken out our own insurance, but it is a pain to claim, especially if the company is obviously scamming). This is the second time we have used Sicily by Car and we have had no issues at all. I will use them again.
I was very surprised to receive such excellent service and the exact model I ordered. That is due the reviews that were posted. I was very happy with the experience and how nice, cooperative and helpful the staff was. I will definitely go back to them on my next trip to Milan.

The hire company was Goldcars. The car was almost new, it was the type of car I wanted. Pick up was well organised. Drop off took two minutes. My deposit was back in my account within 48 hours.

Excellent Service and Great Staff! I would like to say a big thank you to the company’s administrator. My flight was delayed, and I was only able to reach the car rental desk after midnight. Before the flight, when I found out about the delay, I called the airport branch, and the administrator kindly told me that she would wait for me. And she really did — I arrived at around 12:10 a.m., and she was still there, waiting for me. She was extremely polite and friendly, and I truly appreciate her help. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
