The car that was reserved for us had an indicator light issue and it was going to be 3 hours before it could be fixed - it was lunchtime so I said I would come back - after an hour I returned and they offered an upgrade to a manual transmission for no extra charge - the car was perfect for my family and the automatic transmission was a game changer on the streets of Milan - thank you!

Noleggiaire were really helpful pre visit as I emailed them directly to arrange extra driver and snow chains. The vehicle was great and easy pick and drop off. We did take a video and that was useful to prove we did not cause a damage. I| d recommend this.
