I was very happily surprised with the great service of the car rental. The price was so much cheaper than some of the big rental companies which made me a bit sceptical at first but was still a no brainer to book. We got picked up and dropped off at the airport super quickly and got our car without any waiting time once at the rental place which is a little drive from the airport. The car was very new and in perfect condition. We dropped the car off before their main office was open but they have a great alternative drop off point around the corner. There is nothing to complain, we would book again!

Second or third time renting with this company which is a franchise that includes enterprise. You pay slightly more than the cheaper off airport agencies but it| s professional and stress free. No hard sales (important when you have a third party insurance already), just easy service. When you| ve hired there before your in and out in 5 mins.

Grade: Excellent! Note: The sales person did not provide me with a pass to pass the toll booths on the highway. So I had to stop each time to pay by cash/credit card and read the instructions on the screen. As a tourist without knowledge of Italian, it was very difficult for me to get to the right gate for cars without a pass. One time I went to the wrong gate, which did not issue a ticket, and I could not go back. I was charged a fee of 68.00 euros.

Я сподівався на Citroen c1, а отримав Lancia ypsilon. Але виявилося, що цей автомобіль досить комфортний і має місткий багажник, що дуже знадобилося мені. Я подорожував з дружиною, ми вільно розмістилися в салоні, і помістили наші речі в багажник. Єдине, що трохи турбувало це те що в машині не було зроблено розвал сходження. Ми проїхали більше 1000 км Італією і шини передніх коліс помітно зносилися з внутрішньої сторони. В останній день подорожі довелось міняти колесо на запасне. Але нічого ми не доплачували, і машина була повністю укомплектована, тому заміна колеса я зробив за 15 хв. В загальному ми задоволені орендою автомобіля на якому здійснили чудову подорож
