Mini Car Rental in Palermo - Sicily

The rental and car were very good. Everything was has expected until we find out the day before the return of the car , an overcharge from someone (we expect is the rental company) in our credit card.

While the line to receive the car might have been a bit long, which is no fault of the car rental agency, the service of the agents at both ends of the travel were exceptional. As a Canadian travelling through Sicily, the agents were extremely helpful. It was a very positive experience. Thank you very much!

We upgraded our car from a manual to an automatic on the spot, which they were able to do. They gave a clear overview of how the car worked. The GPS we had booked wasn| t available so we used google maps and that was fine and saved us some money. We handed the car back a day early to avoid a stressful morning and they assisted us with somewhere decent to stay close to the airport which. The car went well and we had no issues with it. The amount paid was reasonable. They went out of their way to be helpful.

I can’t remember the name of the bloke that was at reception, he had a beard and sort reddish hair. He was very professional it took 5 mins to get the car. We also had a laugh with him and a young lady sat beside. Nice people great service. They should get a pay rise. Carmelo
