When I dropped the car off I had left my son at the station with all the bags and there 10 people in the office waiting to get served with only One person serving. I had to just keep going as it was unsafe to leave my son alone for too long.

I would highly recommend using sixt at Florence central station. Mainly due to the staff. They were SO helpful, we were really impressed and grateful for the attention to detail & friendliness they showed
