I can’t remember the name of the bloke that was at reception, he had a beard and sort reddish hair. He was very professional it took 5 mins to get the car. We also had a laugh with him and a young lady sat beside. Nice people great service. They should get a pay rise. Carmelo
The experience with surprice was excellent and no complaints. The issue is that this was the second car we had to hire as the first car that we hired was cancelled after a plane delay the day before, and no refund provided even after informing both the hire car company (not surprice) and economy bookings before the pick up time that we would be late. 10/10 for Surprice, 3/10 for Economy bookings.
Didn’t get the car I requested, but actually got a more comfortable car in the same group! First experience with a hybrid and really liked it! Turning radius better than my mini Cooper… back up cam excellent
It was my first time using Record Go as a car rental company, but I had really good experience with the company. The pick up and drop off services were on time, the staff was friendly and helpful, the car size was same as ordered one, pretty new and quite clean car, almost no scratches. The deposit was unblocked in just 2 days. I would rent with the company again.

The best part of the experience was the car itself. I booked a Fiat Panda and received a Skoda Fabia, which was clean, modern, and in excellent condition. It ran smoothly and was very fuel-efficient, which was perfect for my trip. The online booking process was also straightforward to navigate. The price was competitive and felt fair for the quality of the vehicle I received.
I had to upgrade to a larger car after realizing we were not going to fit our luggage into the one I reserved. They switched us without issue, price was very fair.
Good price, no need for an International Driving Licence (not needed for UK photocard licences - but another company wanted it), efficient service, no hard sell of excess insurance (I had my own), decent car.

Really helpful, personable and efficient staff. Excellent, nearly new car in great condition. Upgraded (in actual fact we wanted a really small car to cope with the ancient narrow village streets but the larger vehicle was much more comfy!)
The gentleman at the Car Rental office was extremely friendly, and professional. He was alone but handling greatly all the tasks at once. Great guy, they should make him the manager!
