Upgraded from jeep renegade to compass, Not very clean, and the fuel tank was not full.
All good except it was not clear where to find the office upstairs at the Naples Airport. You need to come out to main lobby and turn right and go upstairs to the office, the outside to shuttle area then they take you to car. It worked out fine once we figured out on which side upstairs at the airport to go.
Great car and great value. I made the mistake of using a different company for the next place we went and it was a disaster. I’ve had excellent experience with this company.
Great service from collection at the airport by the shuttle to collecting the car. The team were friendly and fair and made us wait until another couple that were waiting longer at the airport for pick up to go first when we arrived at the car depot which was nice to see.
I was forced to get an upgrade at additional cost. It actually worked out better because of the additional trunk space. The only drawback was that it was a larger vehicle on roads the size for tiny euro cars.
I recently rented a car from Target Rent (Venice) for just over three weeks, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. That kind of punctuality and dedication to customer service really stood out. The car itself, no issues, no surprises—just exactly what you’d hope for in a long rental. Everything went as expected, with no surprises or hidden fees. Highly recommend this car rental company—and a special shout-out to Angela for going the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly.
We rented a car for 10 days and had a very good experience overall. The pickup and drop-off were quick and smooth, and the car was clean and brand new. The only downside was that Apple CarPlay didn’t work in our specific model, although Android Auto did.
The staff member who checked is in couid not have been more helpful. A real star.
