The staff did not give us an overview about how to use the Tesla. The staff who assisted us did not know how to start the car. When we returned the car - Hertz was closed and we were not given any information about where to leave the car at the drop off location.

I booked the vehicle from 01/08/2024 to 13/08/2024. The computer system defaulted to a 10.00 pick-up and drop-off times. In reality the vehicle was collected after the flight arrived on 01/08/2024 at 16.04 and was returned on 13/08/2024 at 13.47 prior to the return flight having used the vehicle for 12 days. I pre-paid for 12 days and you billed me for 13 presumably because the car was returned after 10.00! This is not acceptable and if I do not receive a credit for 1 day partial billed rental days I will not be using this company because it does not accommodate a totally reasonable flight plan.
Grade: Excellent! Note: The sales person did not provide me with a pass to pass the toll booths on the highway. So I had to stop each time to pay by cash/credit card and read the instructions on the screen. As a tourist without knowledge of Italian, it was very difficult for me to get to the right gate for cars without a pass. One time I went to the wrong gate, which did not issue a ticket, and I could not go back. I was charged a fee of 68.00 euros.
I should not have taken the upgrade to a bigger car, smaller is far easier to drive and park in the mountain roads in Italy
