Car was exactly what I ordered. New, spotless, sat nav, everything. Absolutely perfect. Pick up and drop-off were simple and quick. As highlighted in the negative comment section though, this was because from past experience I made sure to take time to read through all terms, conditions and details. This was time consuming and stressful, but made for a better experience . I just wish those terms and conditions around insurance and deposit were made more clearly, honestly and easier to read. BUT! A very positive experience this time and no real complaints at all with the actual rental!
Got the key and realised there is problem in the car immediately change pay extra 100 euro and took much better car. All though it was more expensive I was very happy from everything

The location is an Terminal 1 , but all international flights to Terminal 3. It takes 15 minutes to find them. They a located in office with Avis too.
Having been let down by another rental company upon our arrival and a wedding to attend later that day we were completely panicked. Managed to find this company and booked it online whilst outside the airport. 30 mins later I was in the queue to collect the car. No issues with car, would definitely recommend

The staff were very helpful and the car was immaculate. It was a very smooth process.
Lovely lady in the front office in Bologna. We picked the car up a few hours earlier than planned and it wasn| t a problem. No hard sell to upgrade our insurance level which we appreciated. The young man we returned it to at Pisa was delightful.
Very good staff on duty who explained everything very well. When I returned the car, I got extra help from a younger worker who helped me solve a problem where I had lost money while getting fuel.
