We had the vehicle for 14 days during which we did 2056 kms, no problems with the vehicle (great performance of little Lancia Y10 with overall 4.7 lit/100kms). So, thanks for that and for that positive experience I am providing to you the open valuable feed-back, so you know what to improve. Also, we fell in love with Sicily and Sicilian people.
We got a fantastic price for 30 days and my wife and I drove 3000 miles around Italy with a little 4 door city car. I honestly thought there might be a catch or a scam as we paid just over $10 a day but everything was great. We were supposed to get a fiat Panda but they ended having a lancia Ypsilon instead. These small cars are perfect for the tiny parking spaces and narrow streets of Italy. I got 45 miles per gallon and the four door hatchback had plenty of room for the two of us. We did not buy supplemental insurance as liability insurance is part of the rental cost and I used my credit card that has rental insurance. The company did not question this and check in was fast and easy. Also when we returned the car we did get it washed and vacuumed which they appreciated and check out was fast and hassle free. A quick inspection… not trying to find a scratch to charge some fee for. Lastly the shuttle was fast getting us back to the airport. Also.. I had a few questions about the location and shuttle times and I used WhatsApp during business hours to contact them and they answered almost immediately and gave helpful info. They gave great service for us.
Car was fine and pickup and dropoff were efficient. Price was good relative to others and ability to pick up and drop off in different locations for a reasonable fee was important.

I got ""upgraded"" which is not always good. I booked VW Polo and received a KIA Sportage which is double the size. Just not a big fan of large vehicles, especially on the rather narrow Italian roads. The person at the pick-up desk was very helpful. The car was actually really good and I enjoyed it, it| s just a size difference which was startling.
Excellent Service and Great Staff! I would like to say a big thank you to the company’s administrator. My flight was delayed, and I was only able to reach the car rental desk after midnight. Before the flight, when I found out about the delay, I called the airport branch, and the administrator kindly told me that she would wait for me. And she really did — I arrived at around 12:10 a.m., and she was still there, waiting for me. She was extremely polite and friendly, and I truly appreciate her help. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
Very helpful staff. They did provide a very good driving map of Sardinia, even from another rental. Also after return the car they kept my luggage for 1 hour before getting in the airport.

Mariam at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would add is I was given an upgrade without being asked and the C3 I got wasn| t as economical as a Clio could have been.

Service proving Icaro was excellent - when we informed them we had arrived they promptly came to collect us to transport to their off-site office, at a clearly marked pick up point at the airport. New car, no problems with it. Friendly team.
