While it was difficult to find the rental office (as it is not accessed from the inside of the Train Station), once I found it, everything went fast and efficient.
I’ve found National/enterprise to be the best of the lot. The Ukrainian gal at Fumicino went above and beyond as did the crew at Heathrow. I’ve used several other companies and the Franchise owners or whomever should be proud of those staffers as I’ve been a business owner myself with crew and they make or break your company

After reading reliewievs I was afraid. Everything was normal, as in every other carrental company. You need to read conditions. Car was great. You need eu or international driving license. Staff was ok. I got my money back (deposit) the same day. It is 7 min drive from airport. Buses shuttle are easy to find - between terminal 1 and 3. Buses with AIR PARK sing (there are no sings that they are going to surplice - better ask) The rest was normal. No problems at all. Some people were upset there in the line. I was served as usual everywhere else. I will go there again. In the line we were panicking because of the reviews, then all three people from the line where getting their cars without problems. Wonderful experience. Make sure you read your contract ahead of time so you will know which documents to bring! Pickup and drop-off where seamless and the car was practically brand new.

I got a good experience from renting a car with Economy Bookings and with Centauro Rent a Car, I did struggle a little bit to find the office, but it was kind of my fault not to pay attention to the reservation slip, which said that I had to take a shuttle to the office located outside the airport

Excellent price. A little tricky to find the pick up location. At drop off I had been having trouble paying a parking ticket and Simon figured it out for me and helped me to pay it! He was so great and I really appreciated his kindness!

We got a fantastic price for 30 days and my wife and I drove 3000 miles around Italy with a little 4 door city car. I honestly thought there might be a catch or a scam as we paid just over $10 a day but everything was great. We were supposed to get a fiat Panda but they ended having a lancia Ypsilon instead. These small cars are perfect for the tiny parking spaces and narrow streets of Italy. I got 45 miles per gallon and the four door hatchback had plenty of room for the two of us. We did not buy supplemental insurance as liability insurance is part of the rental cost and I used my credit card that has rental insurance. The company did not question this and check in was fast and easy. Also when we returned the car we did get it washed and vacuumed which they appreciated and check out was fast and hassle free. A quick inspection… not trying to find a scratch to charge some fee for. Lastly the shuttle was fast getting us back to the airport. Also.. I had a few questions about the location and shuttle times and I used WhatsApp during business hours to contact them and they answered almost immediately and gave helpful info. They gave great service for us.
