The staff was extremely helpful and even stayd over the closing time as I was a bit delayed picking the car up; the car was in great condition as well, and the price was the best one I could get!

The car was almost new (15,000 km), in excellent condition. And the fuel consumption simply amazed me - less than 4 l/100 km. Since I drove it through 3 countries and covered almost 1,500 km, this fact deserves attention!)

It was easy to book and deal with the rental company onsite. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I really liked the car; it was clean, low mileage, and easy to drive.
The value was exceptional and the car was better than expected. We ended up with a Hyundai i.20 which was fab to drive with Car Play and lane assist. Very modern and new. Very straight forward.
The lady who checked us in was most helpful and we were happy to get any car as there was a shrotage. The car itself ran fine but it was not the car we ordered.
I got ""upgraded"" which is not always good. I booked VW Polo and received a KIA Sportage which is double the size. Just not a big fan of large vehicles, especially on the rather narrow Italian roads. The person at the pick-up desk was very helpful. The car was actually really good and I enjoyed it, it| s just a size difference which was startling.
