We had a very positive experience with Ecovia. We arrived in peak season, so we had to wait a bit for the car, but we got a free upgrade and the staff was very helpful. Car was brand new. Drop off was fast and efficient. I would definitely book with this company again.

The car rental was all as expected. Great service from staff. The car worked perfectly for our purpose.
They gave me a ride from their location at the airport to their downtown location back and forth. They went through and made sure that all existing damages on the car were listed in the protocol together with me. I was told that new damages that were small in size would not give me penalty
Nobody checked the vehicle for damage when I collected. I took a video and had to show the video because they asked for the scratches in the car. The rental company charged for the deposit, did not hold the money and released but charged the full amount. They should not doing this.
Fantastic experience renting from this company! Rental car pickup/dropoff is often the most stressful part of any trip but the staff at both the Palermo and Catania airports went above and beyond in their warmth and demeanor. We weren’t coerced into additional insurance and instead opted to hold the large deposit (€1,500) because of my credit card CDW. If you get their insurance the deposit is less in relation to the level of insurance you receive - €0 for the highest insurance. They released my deposit immediately upon inspection at return. I found this process more than reasonable. I hope they continue to hire good-natured friendly Sicilians, and I will certainly rent from them again!
Centuro (Catania airport) were excellent. Pick up was smooth and the staff were really friendly and efficient. She spoke very good English and didn’t try to pressure me into buying extra insurance, which was greatly appreciated. Car was good and drop off was smooth. Having had negative experiences with other car hire companies in Spain it was nice to have such a positive experience with Centuro.

We had the vehicle for 14 days during which we did 2056 kms, no problems with the vehicle (great performance of little Lancia Y10 with overall 4.7 lit/100kms). So, thanks for that and for that positive experience I am providing to you the open valuable feed-back, so you know what to improve. Also, we fell in love with Sicily and Sicilian people.
