Excellent customer service, explained all the details to me. Easy to collect the keys and easy locating the key collection point once the car rental place was located. It was very easy to drop the car off too.
All in all it was a good experience. Be advised that U.S. driver must have an International Driving Permit. Not knowing this detail caused some drama. Rental company was not able to offer any help, it an internet search and on line application solved the problem.
