Helpfull and friendly desk staff, not a big sell for aditional insurance, I| d already arranged that. I queried some damage on the car with the car drop off team, polite and Friendly. The drop off process was good and again Friendly staff member.
The check in and check out were a very quick process - the employee suggested that we took pictures and videos of the car due to the damages that were done (highly recommend this) - their email reply was very quick, so in case you need help you can always reach out.
Store not open til 8 am. Had to drop car at car rental lot, leave key in general drop box. No paperwork.
Good car, quite easy except the shuttle bus to the rental office. It took along and there were no signs which rental company shuttle is which. The parking area P5 is too large area for the information as there are other companies as well. The office opening time and first shuttle were late and shuttle takas only 8 people at the time so it| s possible that you have to wait quite long. Notice this especially at the drop off.
Thought the whole experience was very satisfactory and will definitely consider Drivalia again. The car was in excellent condition and with no issues
Plenty of low mileage vehicles available, all clean and ready with full tanks of fuel, easy access and egress once collection paperwork is completed, and other upgrade options available if you want, upgrades offered at POS if you want, I didn| t drop off was very quick and simple, quick 10-minute inspection, employee meeting each vehicle as it arrived in the parking zone, you did not need to attend an office or search for employee

It was the best car rental experience so far in Naples ! The car had less than 5000 km, so no technical problems. Important: no drop-oof problems, quick & smooth. The parking is not far away from the terminal. I recommend B-Rent in Naples.
Great - really friendly staff. Lovely little Panda which did me proud! I ordered an automatic for some reason that even I don| t know but they happily changed the order to a manual without charge. nice easy transaction
A very good experience of renting a car and enjoying a vacation with my family. I was very pleased with the car and the price was the best, in my opinion. People from the rental company were operative and helpful.
The lady at the reception (sorry, I did not get her name) was very friendly, smiley and helpful. After a month of so-so or worse service in Italy, this came like a breath of fresh air. Good job!
