It was a one way rental and I dropped the car off before the facility opened and worried when a condition report arrived by email describing minor damage that I could not have caused but I wasn’t charged anything.

Landed in Olbia and headed straight to pick up our rental car. Initially I was worried after reading the reviews of 2-3 hour waits to collect, however there was not a soul queuing - within 15 mins we had signed the paperwork and handed the keys. The car was extremely easy to locate and the same for when dropping back at the end of the trip. Staff very friendly and helpful, any questions were answered smoothly.
