The upgrade (Citroen C5 Aircross) was a fantastic car, we really enjoyed our week driving that. Unfortunately, the car was not fully tanked as stated so we had to fill up sooner than expected. Otherwise, this was one of the best hire car experiences I have had in years,.

Satisfied with car; the only thing I did nor receive was notification of the condition of the car at time of hire, i.e. any scratches etc. There were no concerns though when returning the car.
