Very helpful counter staff, spoke English well and extremely knowledgeable, so we were able to decide what extra insurance to take out. She was very welcoming, lovely person. I felt relaxed and under no pressure, very stress free experience. Thank you to the lady who dealt with us.

We were very confused at Naples airport as to where to find the company...the original advert suggested that they were at the airport...we didn| t realise that we should call them to be picked up and in the end we had to get a taxi to the rental.

As the car rental was not in the airport territory, but the transfer and assistance to the office was smooth and fast (less than 5 minutes). We did not wait for a free staff person, as there were three ladies at the reception. The documents and payments were filled in less than 10 minutes. The lady at the reception was super polite and service minded. The exact vehicle was outside ready and clean to go. The car had few small scratches (what is quit normal for Napoli), but Felirent personel advised to take pictures and video before starting the car. We did that and saved time for everyone at the drop-off. As the vehicle was almost brand new (with ~7.000 km of milage), it was running smooth all week long. At the drop-off we spent less than 5 minutes, thank You to the same lady from Felirent reception! And immediately we got a nice and fast transfer back to Napoli airport. Our family highly reccomends Felirent Napoli rent-a-car!
