We really liked the car we got. Wasn’t the exact one we booked but similar but we didn’t mind, just needed a car to get from place to place. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Got us set up in the car when we picked up. And was helpful and fast during drop off. Very close to the airport but they have a shuttle that picks up and drops off. Overall very happy.
Was upgraded to a VW Troc which was brand new, excellent for what we wanted. No issues with the staff when communicating.

The personnel is very nice. They hold conversations, as we are close friends and not like regular tellers. The level of friendliness is significantly higher than at many other rental companies which I have used before.
