The service was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful, helping me with any queries that I had. The collection and drop off were both quick and easy and the staff helped me get from and to the airport promptly.
Being only 5 minutes from the airport the shuttle comes quickly when called and picks you up at post 6 on arrivals level (they call it bus top 6). Nice van, nice & helpful driver, and they had me checked in and out of there in less than 15 minutes with no upsell pressure (I had already purchased insurance full coverage with Booking.com) Gave me an upgrade to higher level SUV and no BS- enjoyed dealing with Zippy Also no problem with the return, a quick walk around and we were on the bus in 5 minutes.

When we arrived we received an old car, which had problems with the media connection for GPS use. They tried to help us kindly but did not offer us a better car. We left, drove around, and came back because it was not fair to drive with the proper connectivity on routes and mountain paths that we did not know. When we became strong and showed them our discontent, they changed the car for us, smaller but new and in perfect condition.
Welcoming and helpful - offered extra help since we are new to the country and guided us on how to cross to different countries and supported in paying for the same housing our cards.
Great staff, very polite, high service, within minutes they picked me up from the airport upon arrival, customer service via WhatsApp was very efficient. Excellent car, exactly what I ordered. Fair price. I was also offered a toll road service with an additional payment made on the spot. Returning the car was quick and without bureaucracy. In conclusion, I highly recommend it. The pick up proces took short time and was very good. The car was new and perfect. The returning proces also was very short and easy.
Excellent service. all we asked - received. Was unfortunate that the place was not at the actual airport and this should have been stated by Economy Bookings - but Zippy7 were great about it - and there is a shuttle - worked out great

Super helpful and professional team. Amazing value cars. I got upgraded to a brand new model. The hire location is on the other side of the airport, but the team picked me up and even dropped me at my hotel. My deposit was refunded to my bank account within 5 minutes of me dropping the keys off. Great service. Highly recommended.
