      For the return - the agent had gone to deliver a vehicle but had left a note. Waited for 10 mins past the estimated return time then dropped key in a box. Shortly afterwards received confirmation that the expected charges had been sent to credit card. Very easy and stress-free experience.

      The staff at avis in salzburg was excellent. Polite n efficient. Only downside was I didn| t get the car I wanted as I was told that it| s suppose to be sent for servicing n Chris gave me an upgrade of which I am happy about but also a bit disappointed as I wanted to drive the curpa. Anyways, it was all good.

      It was easy to contact the car center by phone - they were very helpful. I had to drop my car off out of hours - it would be useful to have a video on YouTube that they could send me a link to in t his case to show where to drop the car off and where to put the keys - as i was in a rush and did not know exactly where to go - even though they told me at the beginning.
