Fullsize Car Rental in Austria

It’s a nice experience to rental a car here. The staff is very nice and helpful. But the car I choose booked is not available at the pickup. I hope I can try the car I booked next time.

Charlie from Canada, Upon finding the car rental desk there was a line up. Another person arrived and opened up another kiosk and took us in for our reservation. Completed everything quickly and easily until it was time to give us the keys, They could not find them and ended up giving us a similar vehicle that was a slight upgrade that worked out great.

I received an almost new Audi A4 which was very nice. Although not the size of the booked VW Passat (which would be more like an A6 in size). The luggage was a bit small but we managed. Overall avery nice car and an easy pick up and dropp off. Everything worked well and no negative surprises.
