Easy interaction at pick up and drop off. Neither rep tried making small talk, only communicated necessary info. I wouldn| t define them as friendly but polite. Not sure how to feel about being handed the reciept and then directed to garage with a spot number to find our car... I am used to being handed the key then directed. Not bad just new.
a warning light, “check owners manual” came on during somewhat stressful snowy icy driving. When I reached my destination, I referred to the owners manual to look up the problem. I couldn’t figure out what it was, but had to return to the airport the following morning and didn’t want any issues. The warning light never came on again, don’t know what caused it.
I picked the vehicle up on a Friday during rush hour. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I looked over the vehicle and noted the nicks and things and the car area desk attendant was very nice and professional, she even let me use her pencil to make my notes on the form.

You do have to take a separate shuttle, but it’s very quick and totally worth saving all the money
