Staff were very helpful and friendly, both during pickup and drop off. The car was clean and nice, and even though it was a 2023 with 42k miles, it felt like it had a lot less miles!

The car was a 2024 toyota camry with about 30,000 miles on it. The tires were badly cupped which made to a very unpleasant drive. In addition, they use some kind of perfume or cleaner that is extremely potent which s an very unpleasant when you pick up the car.

I booked a mid-sized car however once I got there I was given a compact. Didn| t make a big deal of it I was super tired after a long travel. However this car was not very clean when I got it. I did go buy a car wash and vacuum it out myself. put the process didn| t take very long to pick up my car.

Easy to check in and return. Could be helpful to know the space numbers on the pavement are more accurate than the numbers on the pillars. Dollar is mixed with Hertz. Declined the toll road transponder $10/day and instead opened an account online with Illinois Tollroads Pay-by-Plate. It covered the one $1.50 toll incurred.
I had a little trouble finding he proper shuttle pick up point but finally found the place. The shuttle wait was 45 minutes, a bit too long, but once at the rental office everything eas smooth, easy, and quick
