This is the first time we rented the car through Routes Car Rental so we were a bit worried but to our surprise everything went smoothly and efficiently . Your staff , Bryant went beyond his duty by helping us to load our luggages. I will definitely refer your company to my friends.
Lady at counter was extremely helpful and polite. Several things like the additional out of State fee took me by surprise but they stated how to handle the tolls much cheaper than the the rental of the electronic toll from Route. One thing they can do is on this site is to tell you how to get from the ORD Terminal to the train station to the off site rental car place and then take a bus to Route. I may have missed it and was told it was on the Route site but the Route site was more expensive than this site so I did not look on the Route site too long. The signage to get to Route is not good at all after you exit the train at the off site rental car place to find the Bus to Route, there is simply no signage inside, only at the bus stop and cannot be seen from the second floor once you exit the train. It did work well once the shuttle bus was found - no issues
