The car and service was great! The staff could be a bit friendlier, but it was good overall, especially the car itself!
Cheaper than Uber! My colleagues who took an Uber to ""save money"" were feeling like they should have booked with ACE and saved $100. Super fast! The ACE shuttle from the O| Hare train was VERY quick -- only a couple of minutes wait at both pick-up and drop-off. The van was very clean and comfortable and the ride short. Value! The savings by being ""off airport"" are substantial and the extra few minutes is more than worth it.
Friendly & helpful staff. The hardest part was navigating from the airport to the pickup location. Everyone was so nice.
Route Rentals was very convenient. I recommend to rent from here. They had shuttles running every 15 minutes. Either from the train or directly to airport. The staff was courteous and very helpful. If you had any questions they answered it with ease.

The company was great no issue, I first called EconomyBookings.com to 8 form them out fight arriving was delayed due to weather and was nervous we would make the car rental before closing. They annotated in our record and then also transfered us to SIXT itself to inform them as well. Once arrived the rep was very nice helpful and understood stating they. Normally stay roughly 30min after closing for flight delays. Rep offered us numerous vehicles of the class Re requested and vehicle was easy to locate. Vehicle was clean and smelled good. We rented a Toyota Highlander. We were to drop off one the 14 but flight was canceled due to weather, we called SIXT to request extention and it was easy to do so. ALREADY booked a standard car in Las Vegas Through this company, please keep your low prices.
The rep was so nice and suggested places that I would visit while I am visiting. He also use is initiative and give me a car with biggest trunk space because of my baby scroller. Thank you
At the rental location on Manheim Rd Antoinetta was wonderful. She explained everything about the rental and answered all questions and was extremly helpful.
Jimmy the driver is great. Got me to my flight on time and was polite and entertaining.
The staff were friendly and helpful. When picking up, the staff member did an inspection with me present, taking a video as we went around the car making note of any dings or scrapes. Drop off was very fast and efficient.
Easiest can rental company we have ever dealt with. Usually it takes an hour just to get picked up by the shuttle, this company took maybe 15 minutes max and that was only because the first van filled up. Everyone working behind the counter was super friendly as well. Would 100% book again
