The loveliest group of staff at a car hire company I have experienced. Aicha was super friendly and helpful. The Leman ops team were kind and supportive yet very efficient and customer focused. Economy bookings mentioned that I dont have to pay on arrival, however the Enterprise staff debited my credit card for 250 Euro deposit. Until now, I have not receive any feedback from Enterprise whether the deposit has been refund or not. Can someone from economy bookings assist since the car was rented via Economy Bookings website?
