I was impressed about the Klass Wagen car rental service, Darius is great gentlemen offering to us all prepared NICE Kia CEED (upgrade from a Vw Polo), clean no smoking, AC, tech dash board, fantastic and comfortable car for family trip. Really good like price and I recommend them. I missed to print the voucher and on my email wasn’t’ the contact phone but it was fine, it was my mistake. Darius came in minutes to the airport with the car and 5-10 minutes all docs done ( Credit Card, driving licence and international DL required for Canadians) and drive… NO issues for drop off either. I would like to prise Mr Claudiu Silisteanu for his professionalism. At arrival he was polite and had the vehicle ready for handover. Due to being very late in the night we commonly agreed to have the car inspected on the following day and provide photographic evidence of any findings. On return he welcomed us with the same politeness and professionalism. The return handover was done under 10 minutes and stress free.
