Car rental in Victoria

We arrived at the airport and decided to check and see if we could pick up the rental early, much to our surprise, we were able to. The staff member we spoke to was terrific, we were even upgraded to another vehicle for no charge and didn’t get charged for the extra half day!

The folks at the desk were training a new person so things were a little slower, but they were very professional and it didn’t really slow things down much. No issues with the pickup or drop off. We got in earlier than expected (2hours) so the car we were supposed to get wasn’t ready. We paid for the additional 2 hours and got an upgraded car so it worked out very well.
