Car rental in Guadalajara

Todo muy bien, tenía reservación, pero al parecer la App no considero mi reservación y una señorita me ayudo con otra reservación un poco mas cara, pero todo bien, ahora tengo que cancelar la reservación que hice anteriormente, creo que me pase de tiempo y no me cobraron extra, por eso con gusto a veces dejo gasolina de mas.

This was one of the greatest experiences I had while renting a car; customer service was fantastic! The vehicle I was assigned, it looked like it came out of the dealership with hardly any miles, all and all this was the best car rental experience I had.

Overall good experience with the entire booking process. The only complaint is dealing with the pickup/checkout process. The pricing on the economy booking site supposedly includes full coverage. The sales people at the check out counter are very persistent in selling you additional insurance. I ended up paying over $300 more for insurance because they do a very good job of scaring you into buying it.
